These terms govern your use of the CarSpecialist app (the "Service"), provided by SSQ INC. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you enter, and keeping your password secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your shop.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful shop-operations purposes and to send messages only to your own customers who expect to hear from you. You will not use the Service for unsolicited marketing or unlawful communications.
Subscriptions & billing
CarSpecialist is offered on a subscription basis. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial, after which the subscription renews automatically at $39.99 per month (USD) unless canceled. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
